I wasn't always on the same track. Over the first few years of my career I scaled to about 120 rental houses and I was only loosing $15,000 a month. The vacancy, repairs and bad proprety managers were eating me alive and I knew the single family rental business was unsustainable. That's when I learned about seller financing and everything changed. Half the portfolio was sold off to large investment funds and I converted the other 60 homes to seller financing. This allowed the tenants to keep the same monthly payent while become home owners. This also allowed my company to start making a profit every month because the new buyers started repairing the properties with their own money.
Since then I've done hundreds of transactions and build a portfolio of over fifteen million dollars in seller financed notes. Now I'm here to help you do the same.
